This is a set of components that adds charting capabilities to Mobile OS platforms.
This set of components, TeeChart Charting functionality could now be extended to the mobile platforms. The components will make it possible to integrate Charts, Maps and Gauges for Android, Windows Phone, iPhone/ iPad and BlackBerry development environments. The TeeChart for Android Java charting library is written in native Android Java. A range of chart types, including pie chart, line chart, points, area, bar, gauges and maps and 2D, 3D formats could be made available for your applications easily. 60 chart styles are available as is 40 mathematical functions. TeeChart for .NET, the charting for Microsoft Windows Phone is included in the package. Similar functionality can be extended to iPhone and iPad devices though the TeeChart for .NET Xamarin compiler. It uses C# version of the code derived from TeeChart for .NET codebase. Xamarin platform helps unified development for iOS as well as Android and Windows mobile platforms.
The TeeChart package for BlackBerry is written in native Java and supports most TeeChart series types including pie chart, line chart, points, area, bar, gauges and maps in 2D and 3D formats. This set works with BlackBerry SDK making development easier. Complete source code is made available. Android v2.1 multi-touch versions are supported. Annotation objects, cursors, manual trend lines, color bands are supported. Multiple axes could be supported for creating charts and includes customization of axis labels and legend items. Mobile gestures, live as well as animated zoom can be supported. Included tutorials and help files can make working with the tool easy. This is a very good tool set.
